What roofing services do you provide?
We provide residential and commercial roofing services. We install roofs on new construction builds, we replace roofs, and we do roof repairs. No job is too small or too large.
Do you repair roofs?
Yes. We repair roofs that have been damaged by weather events, falling trees, and the like. We also repair leaking roofs.
How long does it take to put on a new roof?
The answer to this question depends on the size of the roof and the materials being installed on it. An average-sized house with three bedrooms will take two to three days to install a standard nail-down tile product. Larger homes and commercial buildings take longer.
What is your lead time to begin a roofing project?
The time it takes us to begin a roofing project varies. Generally, we begin residential projects within a month of finalizing the contract. Larger residential and commercial roofing installations may take a little longer.
What commercial roofing products do you install?
We have experience working with a range of products formulated especially for commercial roofs. We install elastomeric felts, EPDM, TPO, bitumen, polyurethane foam, torch-down, and Liquid Rubber. We, of course, can clad commercial roofs in standard residential roofing materials as well, including interlocking tile, stone, slate, concrete, clay tile, shingles, shakes, and thatch.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and fully insured. When meeting with prospective clients, our representatives present our documentation so that you are assured from the beginning that we are a safe and trustworthy company.
